Monica Ramil Therapy is now hiring for a P/T Pre-Licensed Clinician!

Job Duties:

  • Conduct intakes and admissions to facilitate the access to services.

  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments of strengths, needs, functional impairments, symptoms at regular intervals to ensure services are individualized and appropriate to each individual’s level of care.

  • Provide therapeutic treatment services and/or interventions such as, but not limited to; skills training, psychoeducation, psychotherapy (individual, family, and/or group), crisis services, linkages, and referrals.

  • Attend weekly in-person supervision in San Francisco, pending changes set forth by the BBS in 2022 that may approve supervision online. 

  • Attend staff meetings and quarterly trainings to improve clinical skills.

  • Document in a timely, accurate and complete manner that meets the industry regulations. 

  • Charge and collect payments from clients.

  • Abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and code of ethics as set forth by the BBS, CAMFT, and other associated regulating bodies.

 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Master's Degree (or higher) from an accredited institution. 

  • Must be available to work 8 to12 hours per week M-F, including at least 2 evenings.

  • Must be registered in California as a AMFT, ASW or APCC.

  • Be punctual, be able to meet deadlines, and have good time management skills.

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel), variety of industry online database systems.

  • Possess good verbal and writing skills.

  • Clear background check from third-party entity.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • The job will mainly focus on serving the Filipinx community.  Therefore, candidates with prior experience serving the Filipinx community and knowledge of the Filipinx culture are preferred.
